Min svärfar Walter är biodlare. Hans honung är magiskt god. Både smak och färg varierar beroende på säsong och från vad bina har hämtat sin nektar. Den smakar fruktträd tidigt på sommaren, raps och tall under sommaren och en djupare, mörkare smak av ljung framemot hösten. Förutom att ge honom en logo, ville jag lyfta fram just de olika slungningarna.

My father-in-law Walter is a beekeeper. His honey is absolutely amazing. Both the flavour and color of his honey varies depending on from where and what, the bees have collected their nectar. It tastes of fruit trees in early summar, raps and pine during mid summer and a deeper, darker taste of ljung towards the end. Beside giving him a logo, a trademark, I wanted the particular harvest to be highlighted on the label.
